User interviews, stakeholder alignment, competitive landscape. Understand the problem fully before touching Figma.
02Framing
Define
Frame the right problem, map user flows, set measurable success metrics. The question has to be right before the answer.
03Craft
Design
Explore fast, prototype, build the system as I go. Every component earns its place by solving a real UI problem.
04Validate
Test
Usability sessions, async feedback loops, data. Replace opinion with evidence, then iterate until it's right.
05Handoff
Ship
Annotated dev specs, documentation, post-launch monitoring. Design doesn't end at the handoff file.
